This Terms of Service agreement (Referred to as “Agreement”) is effective as of the date & and time of your use of the services.
- By accessing or using the services with payment made, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please do not use our services if you do not agree with these Terms.
- All estimated time of arrival is based on the availability and is subject to change. We cannot guarantee exact arrival time due to factors affecting driver availability and traffic conditions.
- In cases where a customer’s vehicle fails to start due to cold weather conditions, we cannot guarantee a 100 percent success rate for battery boosts. Factors beyond our control, such as the condition of the vehicle’s battery, may affect the success of the service.
- The service fee is $59.00. Once we received the payment through Online Payment , the booking of service is confirmed and you will receive Approximate Time of Arrival Notice.
- We do not provide refunds based on the performance of the customer’s vehicle. Customers are paying for the Driver’s convenience of arrival at the requested location to provide a battery boost service. You may cancel your boost service at any time, the cancellation fee is $35.00 for administrative cost and driver time.
- We are not professional car mechanics and cannot diagnose vehicle issues or provide technical advice beyond the scope of a basic battery boost.
- We will not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes that may arise during service.
